Defiance police have issued two citations against a Napoleon woman in the wake of a vehicle-motorcycle crash that claimed the life of a Defiance motorcyclist earlier this month.

Officials said an investigation determined Maxwell Trentman crashed his motorcycle before being thrown into the middle of the road, where he was run over by multiple drivers.

The Niagara County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcycle and pickup truck on Townline Road in Lewiston.
