In an attempt to stay competitive in a wide-open Eastern Conference, Milwaukee signed Myles Turner to a four-year, $108.9 million contract, waiving and stretching the remaining $113 million on Damian Lillard’s contract over the next five seasons. The team also re-signed several key rotation players.
