A toxicology report found elevated levels of alcohol in Senator Faith Winter’s blood at the time of the November crash.
State Sen. Faith Winter was driving with a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit when she was killed in a traffic crash on Nov. 26, according to toxicology reports.
Footage from the scene showed shattered glass on the scene where the car plowed through a window, and a tow truck was hauling away the vehicle.
