A 16-year-old suspect was arrested on Tuesday, July 15th, and a 17-year-old suspect was arrested on Thursday, July 17th. Both are being held at the East Central Regional Juvenile Center.

ROCHESTER, Minn. – An arrest has been made over some weekend gunfire in northwest Rochester. Police were called to the 1800 block of 41 st Street NW at around 10:30 pm Sunday. Officers found an empty vehicle with a shattered window in the parking lot of Village Green Apartments. Shell casings were also recovered from the scene.
