The former "Wicked" star returned to Studio 8H wearing a strapless satin gown to host a very special holiday episode of the sketch comedy show.

Ariana Grande made her third appearance as a host for Saturday Night Live, helping to bid farewell to cast member Bowen Yang.

SNL Season 51 Episode 9 featured Ariana Grande as the host alongside Cher as the musical guest. One of the performances saw Ariana Grande and Marcello Hernández as dance choreographers teaching various dance moves to their students. This included Bowen Yang and additional Saturday Night Live artists.
