Two PCSOs officers in South Oxhey have been honoured as ‘modern day saints’ as part of an an art exhibition at All Saints Church.
Alan Howarth, 93, first spotted Hazel 92, at Ewood Park when they were teenagers and would go on to marry in December 1955.
